Two solo AI-built games went around X this morning: After the Wind by @afterthewinddev (shared by @Stefan_3D_AI) and @kokushing's browser MMORPG.

After the Wind is a Ragnarok-meets-Monster-Hunter MVP made in Godot in 5 weeks. kokushing posted his whole asset pipeline. GPT-6.1 Sol draws, Tripo turns the drawings into 3D, Claude Opus 5.5 writes the Blender scripts and wires it all into the game. His post is labeled as a Tripo PR post.

1. Batching does most of the cost work. He got 40 weapons out of 14 Tripo runs by lining up related swords, bows and staffs in one reference image, and 61 monster runs needed 0 to 1 redo.

2. The failure is as useful as the wins. Trees fell apart once he cut polygons for mass placement, so trees went procedural and Tripo only does rocks and logs.

3. His own job is picking designs and saying "looks cheap" or "motion feels stiff". The rest, down to a second Claude session reviewing the code, runs on models.

4. After the Wind reports 38.5B tokens in Claude Code, 2.9B in Codex and 112k tool calls. Over 5 weeks that is one call every 27 seconds, as @LaneHenslee worked out.

Neither post explains how one art style holds across 59 monster variants or 8 agents at once, and that is what most replies under Stefan's post are asking.
