AI DIDN’T JUST SHIP A GAME IN FIVE HOURS.

IT TURNED ONE SIMULATION INTO THREE PRODUCTS.

one person + Opus 5.5 built Skyhold on one machine.

no engine.
no asset store.
no build step.

just three.js, Playwright and ffmpeg.

the whole system depends on one line:

window.render(t)

it lets external time control the real simulation.

that means:

→ the physics behaves the same at 60 and 144 Hz
→ every trailer frame can be rendered on command
→ the server can replay a run before accepting its score
→ send 999,999 and the leaderboard returns “score not plausible”

the build:

→ ~700-word design brief → first playable in 46 minutes
→ one 41-minute, $12.94 pass → cozy sandbox becomes an arcade loop
→ four more passes for $45.22 → leaderboard, archipelago and finale

the important part isn’t that Opus wrote the game quickly.

it’s that the game became its own capture system and cheat validator.

and the product isn’t only Skyhold:

→ ship the game with optional rewarded ads, cosmetics and paid eras
→ sell the same pipeline for playable ads: one rule, 30 seconds, one HTML file

one simulation.

three products.

every prompt, the trailer script and the route to the stores are in the article below ↓
