Cyberpunk 2077 AI NPC Mod, Talk to Night City's characters by voice or text. AI can run locally using Bonsai 2 4B or on free cloud (Convai, Mistral). Named characters get lore based personalities, memory and voices using Pocketts, with lip sync, emotions and gestures. Companions walk, sit, ride or drive and you can text or holocall them. Street NPCs get their own names and personalities.
