I just submitted my Three.js 'Bolt Pit' game to CrazyGames.

Things nobody tells you about getting a web game onto a game portal.

1. Your game probably isn't a "static build" yet.
Mine ran as a server-rendered web app. Portals want a folder with an index.html. Claude Code set up a separate static build without touching the original.

2. Absolute paths break everything.
"/models/robot.glb" works on your own site and 404s inside a portal's subfolder. Every asset path had to become relative.

3. 20 MB is the magic number.
Games over 20 MB don't appear on CrazyGames' mobile homepage. Mine was 20.5 MB.
8 MB of that was old models and textures the game never even loaded. Now it's 12.4 MB.

4. They won't take a zip.
Drag the files themselves into the upload, with index.html at the top level.

5. You can launch without their SDK.
A "Basic Launch" shows your game to real players first. If they stick around, you get invited to add ads and earn.

It's in review now. I'll share what happens, good or embarrassing.
