Google just launched Playground.

You describe a game and it generates a playable 2D or 3D version. Then you can change the physics, characters, world and gameplay just by talking to it.

It uses Gemini, Nano Banana and Lyria, with Unity integration coming next.

AI game development is getting seriously interesting.
